To summerise my day, will explain below

1) Never eat before a game
2) Never forget to stretch
3) Never play when you already have cramps
4) Never forget to leave sufficient money for cab fare back!!!

Had my usual game of soccer at East Coast today, so made a call to Jem to see whether he could fetch me since im going to my aunt's place to check my mobilisation stuff. So was intended to go after visiting my aunt's but he called to meet up at 6.30pm for dinner.....and where was i when the sms was sent around 6pm.......Office rushing some work....Great!!

So managed to psycho my colleague to complete the task for me and sneaked off as quietly as i could. hehehe, so anyway had this very nice beef noodles at the open air hawker centre and it's very different from what you normally will see in various food courts. Firstly, they only served soup version of it and it's really those kway teow that they used. So had a plesantly good meal and went to the soccer area....so when it started at 9, i was feeling uncomfortable play....god....the beef is fishing in my tummy and wun barged.....so that's mistake no 1.

Next i did minimal stretching before i played and boy was that seriously the mistake of the day.... after an hour, i pull my leg ready to take a shot and there i felt the whole hamstring tightening, so went off to the sitting area to apply deep heat and slowly massage it...so felt better after 10 minutes so went in to play again....which leads to mistake no 3........My OTHER leg kana cramps.....best! so in the end gave up trying to play and took a rest by the sideline......

So what's the last mistake....haha i almost ran out of money to pay uncle cab fare....but felt relieved when i dig very deep into my bag and found coins!! how embarrassing it was hehe..

So that's the end of my end....

Good Afternoon mesdames et messieurs,

Been quite a while since i have updated this blog of mine....dying to know about my life hor? Right......like i have a million fans awaiting to view my daily life like the Truman Show. They would be so much better off viewing the nude pictures of the HK celebrities taken by Edison Chan.

Anyway, I will try to recap what i went thru since my last blog in my next entry. Can't blog much now since obviously i'm sitting here staring at my monitor from my workplace doing my best not to slack....but i am ain't i? hahaha.....

Having quite a number of thoughts that i have been pondering on during the past 2 months. Be it work, personal life, love life, relationships..... all of which in my own aspect provide much joy as well as pain. So i shall leave this latest entry with a quote which best describes my past and only relationship which i still cherished.
